Activities are essential on Sqwell. From sign-up to search to check-out to management, I built every single piece of this reservation cycle. Starting from sketches on whiteboards, I pumped out wireframes, hi-fi mockups, icons, style guides, interactive prototypes, and went through rounds and rounds of tests and iterations. Challenges come from all criteria: interviewed users, research data, partners, developers and community managers. Solutions range from a complete change in the check-in flow to shrinking the height of the buttons by 8 pixels. It used to be a blank page; now it has 30+ partners.
